Fuji Electric's Oil Cooled Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer extends the same digital, microcontroller-based voltage correction platform as the air-cooled range up to a much larger capacity, 3 KVA through 3500 KVA, using ONAN (Oil Natural, Air Natural) cooling instead of forced air. That makes it the choice for higher-capacity installations, outdoor siting, and sites where oil-immersed cooling better suits continuous heavy loading. Like the air-cooled version, correction is handled by a rugged AC step synchronous servo motor rather than relay switching or manual potentiometers, and every parameter , input voltage band, output voltage, sensitivity, protection thresholds, trip delays , is set through the front-panel keypad. With IP40 protection and an Indoor/Outdoor application rating, it's built to be sited closer to the load or the incoming supply, including outdoor substation-adjacent locations that an IP20 air-cooled unit wouldn't be rated for.

The oil-cooled range covers a much wider capacity band (3–3500 KVA vs. 3–250 KVA), uses ONAN (oil-immersed) cooling instead of natural/forced air, carries IP40 protection instead of IP20, and is rated for both indoor and outdoor installation, whereas the air-cooled unit is indoor-only.
ONAN stands for Oil Natural, Air Natural , the same cooling principle used in oil-filled distribution transformers, where the unit's internal oil circulates naturally to dissipate heat, with no fans or pumps required. It's well suited to sustained, higher-capacity loads.
Yes. It carries an Indoor/Outdoor application rating with IP40 protection, unlike the air-cooled range which is rated for indoor use only.
No. All parameters , input voltage band, output voltage, output sensitivity, protection thresholds, and trip delays , are set and modified digitally through the front-panel keypad.
Electronic overload and short-circuit protection (via MCB, up to 30 KVA standard), electronic over/under-voltage trip (input and output) with time delay, phase reversal protection, single-phase prevention, neutral failure protection, frequency cut-off protection, and earth neutral voltage cut-off protection.
95% to 98%, depending on capacity, with negligible waveform distortion and no adverse effect on power factor.
Yes. Three standard input voltage range bands are offered (295–465V, 340–480V, 360–460V), and the range can be customised to match a customer's specific site voltage conditions.
IS 9815, the Indian standard governing AC automatic voltage stabilizers.
